The hotel credits you paid for, finally used
A lot of credit cards come with hotel benefits worth real money: statement credits like the Amex Platinum Fine Hotels + Resorts credit, and annual free-night certificates. They are easy to forget, they reset on awkward schedules (monthly, semi-annual, by calendar year, by card anniversary), and certificates expire. So every year people leave money they already paid for sitting unused. Suiteplan exists to stop that.
What it does
Add your cards and Suiteplan tracks every hotel benefit they carry across all of them in one place. Your dashboard surfaces what is available now, what unlocks soon, and what is about to expire, so nothing slips past its deadline. When you use a credit, you mark it (in full or in part, for the divisible ones) and watch the value you have captured add up against each card's annual fee.
Why forward planning
Most tools tell you what a credit is doing right now. The Suiteplan difference is that it lets you plan a benefit before it even unlocks. In June you can earmark the next cycle of a credit for a specific hotel and specific dates, then have it waiting for you the moment it becomes available. That is the whole idea: a credit you have already decided how to spend is a credit you actually use. Free-night certificates work the same way, with their expiry date driving the reminders.
The story behind it
Suiteplan was born out of our own need. Between my partner and me, we carry a small stack of cards that each come with hotel benefits: three Amex Platinums (six Fine Hotels + Resorts credits a year between them), two Hilton Aspires, two Marriott Bonvoy Brilliants, a Bilt Palladium, and an Amex Delta Platinum. On paper it is thousands of dollars in hotel stays every year.
In practice it was a job to manage. Each credit reset on its own schedule, the free nights had their own expiry dates, and with five international trips planned over the next two years, we kept asking the same questions. Which credit covers this stay? Which one resets before we travel? Which free night is about to expire? Spreadsheets and calendar reminders never quite kept up.
So we built the tool we wished existed: one place to see every benefit across every card, and a way to plan each upcoming stay against the right credit before it even unlocks. Suiteplan is what turned our pile of perks into an actual itinerary, and it is built to do the same for yours.
